Global Action Plan

Global Action Plan was created as a different kind of environmental organization, focusing on people and how they can take practical action in their everyday lives for a better world. We have worked with over 70 organisations in the last 15 years, delivering tangible environmental, social and financial savings through our innovative programmes.

Global Action Plan delivers tangible environmental, social and financial improvements by working practically and creatively with hundreds of thousands of people from all sections of society. In homes, the workplace, schools and the wider community we help to make the small changes that have a big impact on the things that matter.

As well as our work with large businesses, Global Action Plan has advised over 800 small-medium size businesses on how to improve their environmental performance and management and is well placed to help you green your supply chain. SmartWorks can offer a number of services in London to engage and inform your suppliers ranging from a programme of one-to-one environmental reviews, targeted workshops and/or business efficiency clubs. These programmes can bring your suppliers up to one of our standards of introductory environmental management or take them through more detailed processes such as BS8555 environmental management system implementation.
