Run an Event

Events can be organised by anyone, however must meet a few requirements to be part of the festival.

• Events must focus on environmental or sustainability issues.
• Events must involve community participation.
• Where possible, you must advertise your event as part of Love London Green Festival. EG: Reciprocal advertising and web-links.
• Copies of the Love London Green Festival booklet (that supports the other events of the festival) should be available at every event.

We support LLLYP events by providing downloadable posters, publicising allevents on the website, featuring them in our events booklet (if submitted by 27th March) and inother media.  The campaign as whole is also promoted throughadvertising at public transport hubs across the capital. We work withlocal authorities to publicise local events through their newslettersand magazines. We also work hard to obtain coverage of the festival inLondon wide and national media.

Competitions

Budding eco-designers and creative types out there might be interested in the Eco-Design Competition run this year by Eco-Design Fair who have teamed up with our Regenersis, the mobile phone recycling company.
